First off, this post does not give and overview of Scrum, a very good case study can be found here (and an excellent book).

Scimatic Software would like to welcome Daniel D'Souza to the team!  Daniel's background in electronics (Electrical Engineering (B.Eng), Ryerson University) will be a huge asset here at Scimatic.

Daniel's first task will be to expand his skill set by picking up C# over the next coming weeks.

It will be good to have another person around with such a wide skill range.  After completing the hiring process (i.e. weeding through resumes) I can honestly say that Daniel's skill set is rare.
